1- The Daily 5: Ask yourself this question, “What 5 things need to happen between now and the end of the last hour of the day today for this to have been an exceptionally productive day.”

2- Exercise first thing in the morning. When you exercise early in the morning, it ”jump starts” your metabolism and keeps it elevated for hours, sometimes up to 24 hours! That means you’re burning more calories all day long just because you exercised in the morning!

3- Have a Deep Thinking Day: Spend time in the three S’s – Silence, Solitude and Stillness
